DECLARATION IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE

LAUREL COUNTY WATER DISTRICT #2

WATER SHORTAGE PLAN

Effective November 3, 2008 Ronnie Ball, Chairman of the Laurel County Water District #2 and Commissioners, request all Laurel County Water District #2 customers to voluntary reduce their consumption by 20%.

This will stay in effect until further notice.

We are currently in the process of obtaining a new raw water main to maintain an adequate supply of water in the future.
